The property was of good standard. the staff was very good. Our double room had a contemporary design. the location was convenient, being close to the airport and the mountains.

nothing too much trouble, 100% recommend this place. the room is new-fashioned and essentials you need, including a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card, is right there. the staff are very professional, managed the parking nearby. the setting is unbeatable and particularly good, near to airport, many restaurants and tetouan. also, it's 2 km from musee archelogique de tetouan archaeological museum.

i had a good trip and would come here again. loved to be here, the hotel was immaculately clean and amazing, the location was easy near the airport. i booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, a personal safe and a flat-screen tv. marvellous breakfast and the staff was helpful. location: the venue was just next door to the center of the old town as well as the mountains. came to visit mosque bousafo, based at a medium distance from the hotel.

Nothing to complain about, we loved this accommodation and would recommend. The room was modern with a private bathroom. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, in the middle of the city.

The staff was excellent, always friendly and polite. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean. Not to mention, the beautiful view of the mountains was a bonus. my stay at Hotel A44 was fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the carbon monoxide detector in my room, made me feel so safe. The free buffet breakfast was such a treat, I ate like a queen. And can we talk about the window guards? Such amazing attention to detail!

Oh, and let's not forget the lack of slippers in my room. How am I supposed to feel pampered without my hotel slippers?

the room was spacious and provided plenty of room to relax. Plus, the hotel had convenient parking right in front. the security measures, such as verifying couples' marital status, added an extra level of comfort. The bathroom amenities were adequate, with running water and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Cons: Nothing noteworthy.

This hotel has an ideal location near various restaurants and the airport. the rooms are clean and equipped with a comfortable bed as well as a great shower. the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is tasty. there is no carpet in the rooms, which gives the hotel a refreshing atmosphere.

The absence of proper soundproofing can be problematic as noises from people talking and walking in the corridor can be heard in the room.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home during our Xmas holidays. The hotel was kept very clean and tidy with modern decor and good Wi-Fi signal. We loved the proximity to the airport, which allowed us to walk there in just 15 minutes and saved us money on transportation. the hotel was situated in a great location with many restaurants within walking distance.

The sound insulation between rooms was not very good, so we could hear our neighbors sometimes. However, this wasn't too bad as the hotel was not very crowded during the Xmas holidays.
